Airport Land Partners

Airport Land Partners (ALP) is a Colorado limited liability corporation formed in 1997 to purchase and develop the lands that are now designated as Rifle Airpark. The partnership is managed by Robert A. Howard and consists of individuals that live in the Roaring Fork Valley either full-time or on a part-time basis. ALP purchased the properties making up Rifle Airpark outright and has incurred no debt on the property.

ALP has been a careful steward of its property holdings and a contributor to the educational and economic development efforts of Western Garfield County. The History area of this web site presents the continuing coorpoeration that ALP has maintained with the City of Rifle, Colorado Mountain College and Garfield County. Through these cooperative ventures, ALP has facilitated major infrastructure development within Rifle Airpark bringing services to almost each Tract identified within the Master Plan.
